Booking Policy
The full booking amount (100%) is due within one business day of receiving your booking confirmation. After making the transfer, kindly send a confirmation email to info@portopiccoloapartment.com

Cancellation Policy
 - Fully refundable: cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival to avoid any fees. Up to 2.5% fee on the booking amount might be applied to cover bank transaction cost. 
- Partially refundable: if cancelled or modified between 14 and 8 days before arrival, 50% of the booking cost will be non-refundable
- Non-refundable: cancellations or modifications made within 7 days of arrival, will result in the total amount of booking being non-refundable

No-Show Policy
- No-shows without advance notice will unfortunately result in the cancellation of the reservation, with no refund of the booking amount. The apartment will be made available for other guests.

House Rules
- Check-in: 16:00 - 21:00. Please notify the property of your expected arrival time in advance.
- Check-out: 10:00 - 10:30.
We can accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests at no extra charge, depending on the arrival time of our next guests.

Damage Deposit
- €500 refundable deposit: required upon arrival as a cash payment
- Refund conditions: rull deposit refunded in cash upon check-out, subject to property inspection and no damages found.
In the unlikely event of significant damage to the apartment, you will unfortunately be responsible for covering the costs of repairs or replacement of the damaged item(s) to ensure the apartment remains safe and comfortable for future guests.

Pets Welcome
- Pets allowed: on request, subject to approval
- Additional charges: may apply, to be confirmed with the property

Visiting the Green Beach 
During summer, enjoy the Green Beach of Puro Beach Club, where your stay includes two sunbeds and one umbrella suitable for two adults and children. For larger groups, the Green Beach administration may require an additional fee
